This time Wycliffe Seminar was held in Tavriyskiy Christian Institute in Cherson. It was good to see how the program of the seminar was going on and it was encouraging for all of its participants.There came 17 participants from different parts of Ukraine and all of them had serious intentions about ministry opportunity on Bible translation or another involvement with the mission.

The atmosphere was very friendly and the participants expressed their impressions on that. One of the participants in our conversation noted that between them there was no any difficulty to open up and build friendly relationship with each other. Perhaps it is more about their spiritual state that is why there were not any considerable barriers in their relationship.
Beside that the participants of the Seminar received a lot of information to think about as for the requirements for the work in mission. Among them there were such as spiritual maturity, importance of the Bible education for those who are interested with the Bible translation, learning English language, support of their churches both prayerful and financial. The requirements are quite serious but the ministry is also very responsible and requires much spiritual strength to accomplish it. As one of the organizers said, those who are working in our mission do not quit even when they have trials. That is why the selection is so careful.
May the Lord give us desire to persevere in our aspiration to serve Him!
